Malinks Terms of Service

Our platform allows users to purchase tickets to events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:

5. Content Distribution

Creators may upload, share, and monetize original content. By submitting content, you:

• Represent that you own or have permission to use all content you upload
• Grant Malinks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and distribute your content
• Agree not to upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content

Malinks reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Video On Demand (VOD) Services

Malinks offers both Tiered Rental Video on Demand (TVOD) and Tiered Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD). By accessing our VOD services, you agree to:

• Choose from available content tiers that may vary in price and access duration
• For TVOD: Pay a one-time fee to rent content for a limited time period
• For SVOD: Subscribe to a tiered plan that grants access to selected content during the subscription period
• Ensure all payments are made in accordance with our billing terms
• Understand that access to content is non-transferable and restricted to personal use

We reserve the right to modify content availability, pricing, and tier offerings at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Malinks, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Malinks or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

You agree not to:
